The Process
Enquiry
By email or phone, our friendly staff will make sure your enquiry is dealt with efficiently. We may need to ask a couple of questions or request some photo’s, particularly if it is a vehicle, to help us provide you with the right advice from the outset.
Discuss & Advise
Once we’ve received your enquiry and any initial questions have been asked, another member of the team might need to contact you to discuss your project in a bit more detail. We like to make sure you’re getting the best service from us and that we build a trusting relationship with our clients, offering great value, the best solutions & project management from start to finish.
Site Assessment
To ensure that we have all the accurate information needed to move your project forward, we offer a site assessment for services that require it. This can be beneficial as we can bring samples, explain how something works or check measurements for example. It also allows us to rigorously asses the project, making sure you receive the most appropriate solution on offer.
Quote
We offer upfront and transparent costings. Once we have discussed your project, our enquiry team will build a bespoke quote. This will be sent to you from our job management system, you can then request amendments or accept your quote right from the email link. Once accepted this processes your order and generates your bespoke job number, ensuring the full process is monitored throughout.
Design
Our in-house graphic designers will take over the job from here and work with you to create a visual and submit for you to approve. Level 1, 2 or 3 design packages are available to suit your requirements depending on the level of input required to get your designs ready for print.
Production
Once your design is approved it will be passed on to our production team to bring your project to life. Our state of the art wide format printers, vinyl cutters, flat bed laminators and applicators will create the elements of your design, ready for our installers to arrive on your agreed booking date.
Install
Our team of industry leading 3M accredited installers means that quality is assured. They’ll use the visuals & brief, applying an outstanding level of attention to detail, completing to deadlines, minimising downtime. Once complete, you’ll have a finished product that is backed by our HG Guarantee and the best product warranty’s in the business.
Warranty & Aftercare
As Yorkshire’s Leading accredited branding company, you can be assured that our service is guaranteed. We’ve always used the best products, so with our 3M Authorised Vehicle Wrapper & 3M Endorsed Di-Noc Installer accreditations, we set the standards very high. An aftercare package of services allows us to maintain your product for the duration.
FAQS
This very much depends on the type of job, we aim to get back to your enquiry within 2 days, then look to have design and booking dates over to you with in 4 days. Our lead time varies from week to week but as general guide, we’d allow 2 – 3 weeks. We’ll discuss dates with you during the scoping of your project.
Due to the nature of our installations, we can’t guarantee exact times on the installation day but our team will offer you a morning or afternoon appointment then keep you informed throughout the day.
Our general office opening hours are 9 am to 5pm. However, we do appreciate that businesses sometimes have out-of-hours needs or urgent deadlines, therefore we do offer ‘unsociable’ hours.
We have a nationwide team of installers and are able to manage projects throughout the UK.
We take credit and debit cards in person at our office or over the phone. You could also set up a credit account with us, subject to credit checks, please speak to us about your ongoing requirements.
