We’re looking for a Junior Installer with some industry experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.
Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone already working within the signage or vehicle graphics industry — perhaps as a junior installer, fitter’s mate, or production assistant — who wants more responsibility, better training, and a clear progression path.
You’ll work closely with experienced installers on vehicle graphics, fleet branding, and signage projects, developing your skills while learning correct processes, materials, and finishing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting and supporting vehicle graphics and fleet branding installations.
- Installing basic vinyl graphics under supervision, progressing to more complex work.
- Supporting signage installations including panels, wall graphics, window graphics, and built-up lettering.
- Preparing vehicles and surfaces to a professional standard.
- Learning correct installation techniques, material handling, and finishing methods.
- Supporting on-site installs and workshop-based work.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation.
Qualifications:
- Some experience within the signage or vehicle graphics industry (essential).
- Basic understanding of vinyl materials, tools, and installation environments.
- A strong willingness to learn and progress.
- Good attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
- Ability to take instruction and apply feedback.
- Full UK driving licence.
