Custom Tray Sign

Folded sign trays are a really versatile and cost-effective way of creating flat signage that offers a stylish alternative to a flat panel or board sign, and that neatly hides away unsightly face fixings. We offer a choice of aluminium, aluminium composite, and stainless steel, all of which are folded into either a 30mm or 50mm tray which is then covered with your design printed on vinyl.

Aluminium sign trays can be powder coated using any standard RAL colour of your choice. Sign trays can be manufactured to any size or shape so you can create a bespoke sign that is a perfect fit for your premises and your business.

Illuminated Tray Signs

Illuminated sign trays are one of our best-selling and most popular products due to their versatility and inexpensive cost. Our illuminated sign traysuse folded aluminium or steel trays that are stencil cut then backed using a high quality opal acrylic which is illuminated using high bright LED modules that are low voltage and energy efficient.

The tray provides a neat way of concealing your sign’s unsightly wiring and can also be used to discreetly house the power supply for your illuminated tray sign if required. All of our illuminated sign trays are supplied with robust fixing rails and IP68 outdoor rated power supplies.
